A Call for Applications for Cohort 3 will open September 25 and close December 1, 2015 at 23:59 GMT. It will be open to undergraduate and staff levels and to nationals of Europe, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Libya. The call will NOT be open to nationals of Egypt.
