En collaboration avec le NEO et sous la tutelle du Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche Scientifique, l’Université Abou Bekr Belkaid de Tlemcen accueille une journée d’information à l’intention des initiateurs et porteurs de projets européens 2018.
