The eighth edition of the Mohammed Dib Literary Prize was held on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at the Palace of Culture Abdelkrim Dali Mansourah Imama and was organized by the association «la Grande Maison» of Tlemcen in collaboration with the National Copyright Office and the Rights of Neighbors, the culture and arts sector of the wilaya of Tlemcen.

The award ceremony held  in the presence of Mr.AMOUMENE Mermouri the wali of the wilaya of Tlemcen, accompanied by the president of the APW, the director of the National Copyright Office and The rights of neighbors representing the Minister of Culture, the director of culture and arts of the wilaya of Tlemcen, the security and local authorities, and the university family represented by the Rector of the University P.r.MEGHACHOU Mourad.

The goal of the Mohamed dib Literature Prize is to promote young people's creative production in the three languages of Arabic, Amazigh, and French.The Council chose three Arabic-language works, including:  « The first was the word » of Amel Bouchereb, followed by "the city of golden eyes" by Keltoum Staali in French, and "Twes Tareeggagt" by Walid Salhi in Tamazight.
