The Faculty of Economic sciences, Commercial, and Management Sciences of the University of Tlemcen in collaboration with the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science, organize from November 28 to 30, 2022 "The First Annual Scientific Forum of  the Alesco chairs for sustainable development goals and security and peace issues ", in the presence of the Rector of the University, Pr Mourad Maghachou and the vice-rector in charge of external relations, Pr Ali Hamza Cherif Ali, the representative of the wali M. Yazid Ramli  Director of the Organization and Public Affairs of the Wilaya of Tlemcen, the deans of the faculties, the teachers, the students, the representatives of the social partners as well as the representatives of the Member States also participed  via the ZOOM videoconference. 

The inaugural session included the interventions of Prof. Mohamed El-Zein Baraka, Director of the ALESCO Chair in Taxation and Public Finance, the speech of Pr.Fathi Ben Ladghem, Dean of the Faculty of Economic sciences, Commercial and Management Sciences, the speech of Pr.Nadia Bouhara, in charge of the work of the Secretary of the Algerian National Commission for Education, Science and Culture, the speech of the Pr. Mourad Mahmoudi, current secretary of the executive council and the general conference and in charge of the work of the director of the directorate of culture at the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science – ALESCO, the speech of the Pr. Mourad Maghachou, Rector of the University of Tlemcen. 

At the end of this inaugural day Mr. Yazid Ramli, representative of the Wali of Tlemcen, announced the official opening of the work of this forum aimed to consolidate and strengthen the sustainable development goals and  international security and peace issues.
