Pr.HAMZA CHERIF Ali, vice-rector in charge of external relations, held a meeting at the level of the faculty of natural and life sciences, earth and universe sciences, with the sub-director of the  territory planninig research center of Constantine, in order to study the mechanisms of scientific and research cooperation between the two establishments.
