Mediterranean Laboratory for juridical Studies of the Faculty of Law of the University of Tlemcen, organised, on December 15, 2022, a national face-to-face and videoconference colloquium, entitled « juridical safeguards to support transparency in public trades and its integrity ».

The work of this colloquium focused on two axes :

The first : the legislative and regularity guarantees to support transparency in procurement public and its integrity. 

The second : juridical guarantees to support transparency in  procurement public and its integrity.
