The attribution of December 18 of each year to the International celebration of the Arabic language is in itself a proof of the value of the scientific projects of this language which has served humanity so much through cultural, economic and civilizational projects in as creative thinking and research in investment mechanism in Arabic Language is a recent research project, and the debate remains open about it.

To celebrate the Day, the auditorium of the intensive education center of the Faculty of Letters and Languages ​​hosted, on December 18, 2022, an international forum, entitled: "Towards investment in the Arabic language - vision and perspectives”, presided over by Pr.AZZOUG Amar and Dr.BENMADAH Chamsia, in the presence of Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, rector of the University of Tlemcen, the vice rector in charge of external relations Pr.HAMZA CHERIF Ali.

The forum was marked by an intervention by Dr.SALAH Belaid on: the digitization of the Arabic language and its keeping pace with science followed by another intervention presented by a group of Chinese students entitled: "me and the language Arabic”.

The seminar was structured around five axies:

 The first axis: investment objectives in the Arabic language.

The second axis: the areas of investment in the Arabic language.

At the level of translation and Arabization.

At the level of information.

The third axis: Procedures and means of investment in the Arabic language.

The fourth axis: the criteria for teaching the Arabic language for native and non-Arabic speakers

The fifth axis: computer science and digitization of the Arabic language and digitization, investment and prevalence.
