On Thursday, january ,19th 2023 , a meeting was held at  faculty of medecine -downtown- , the meetting presided over by the president of Regional Conference Universities of the West Pr.BALASKA Smail , and by the   Rector of the university of Tlemcen   Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, the Director of Maghnia university center Pr.NAOUM Mourad. In the presence of Secretaries –General, vice-rectors of Tlemcen University, the deans of faculties, vice-deans of faculties in charge of pedagogy, as well as the presidents of the fields, representatives of students and social partners.

The meeting aims to explain a new vision of the ministry of higher education and scientific research in pedarogogic organization framework and presentation of the  conclusions of  working group for modernization of  the University well as the discussion of the recommendations of the team.

In concluding the meeting, the debate was then opened concerning the concerns and the proposals presented in order to submit them to the  competent ministry.
