A national forum was held, this Thursday, May 04, 2023, The research laboratory in “Management of People and Organizations of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences, presided over by Pr. Boumediene Mohamed.

The forum took place in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management, Pr. Fathi BALADGHEM, with the participation of teachers, researchers from various universities in the country through 51 interventions

Forum participants explained that modern public service plays a vital role in achieving local development and local government reform through quality of services provided to citizens and improved efficiency of administrative procedures. Among these measures the development of methods and tools used in the management of local projects and programs and strengthening the partnership between the government and civil society

To achieve these objectives, forum participants took note to build the capacity of civil servants and local government officials, and to promote transparency and accountability in public bodies and to promote innovation and creativity in the management of local projects and programs
