The students of the University of Tlemcen holders of the innovative idea label, the director of the i2E center Pr. Sari hassoun Zakaria and Mr. Wassila Laachachi, manager and facilitator at the entrepreneurship house, took part in the second edition of the African Start-up Conference which was launched on December 05, 2023 and will last until December 07, 2023, at the Abdellatif Rahal International Conference Center. The aim is to combine the efforts of governments regarding the role of start-ups in Africa, and dedicate their contribution to the economic development of the continent.
The organization of this second edition of the conference comes after the great success of the first edition organized in December 2022, which brought together major players in the fields of innovation and business on the African continent, and public policy actors such as ministries and government authorities in 35 African countries, resulting in the adoption of a first-of-its-kind roadmap on the continent.
