Pr. MEGHACHOU Mourad, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, received, on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, Chinese students coming to study the Arabic language at the CEIL intensive language teaching center of the University of Tlemcen, as part of the student exchange program signed between the Algerian and Chinese ministries of Higher education to teach the Arabic language to non-Arabic speakers.
