Pneumology Department of the University Hospital Centre of Tlemcen organized, on December 21, 2023, at the Faculty of Medicine level, a national day under the theme “Pneumology in the light of multidisciplinarity.” This national meeting brought together researchers and professors from different parts of the country in various scientific disciplines related to lung diseases in order to exchange experiences on accurate diagnosis and the latest scientific developments in this field. The forum addressed several important areas, such as asthma and bronchial infections, as well as other diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis, and obstructive sleep apnea. The latest prevention and treatment methods and ways to improve health care for patients with lung disease were also discussed. On this occasion, the family of the late Pr. Hadjaj Abderrahim was honored.
