On Tuesday, January 16, 2024, the rector of the University of Tlemcen, Pr. Meghachou Mourad, accompanied by the vice-rectors, the director of the Institute of PAUWES, Pr. Zeraga Abdelatif, had the honor to welcome a high-level Japanese delegation, led by the Ambassador of Japan in Algeria, Mr. Akira Kono.
This visit, arranged by the Japanese Embassy in Algeria, provided a chance for scientific collaboration and cultural exchanges between Algeria and Japan. And that should help to open new perspectives on cooperation between Algeria and Japan in the field of research and development.
