In the presence of Pr. Hamza Cherif Ali, Vice-Rector of External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication, and Scientific Events at the University of Tlemcen.
This visit is part of the bilateral relations between the two universities and an opportunity to expand the scope of the partnership in the areas of academic work in response to requests from the parties or the need to deepen and develop the cultural relationship and academic and pedagogical exchange between the two universities.
