As part of strengthening the productive partnership between Abou Bakr Belkaïd University of Tlemcen and the African Institute for Water and Energy Sciences (including Climate Change) (PAUWES), particularly regarding the exchange of teachers, a valuable scientific conference was organized on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, for master's and doctoral students in renewable energies.
The conference was presented by Pr. John Agumba from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University in Kenya, who is visiting the African Institute for Water and Energy Sciences (including Climate Change) (PAUWES). The conference was attended by Pr. HAMZA CHERIF Ali, Vice-Rector of the University responsible for external relations, cooperation, animation, communication, and scientific events, as well as Pr. Abdelhafid SASSI, Vice-Director of the African Institute for Water and Energy Sciences (including Climate Change) (PAUWES), Pr. Omar BENHDADA, head of the ERASMUS office at the University of Tlemcen, and Mrs. RAHMOUN, director of the Renewable Energy Research Unit (URMER).
