- Application form– filled in by the student, signed and scanned
- Learning Agreement – filled in and signed by the sending institution
- Motivation letter – signed and scanned (No template provided but please mention if the nominee has already benefitted from Erasmus LLP, Erasmus Mundus and Erasmus+ Programmes and if so, specify date, institution and level of studies)
- English language certificate attesting level B1 in line with CEFR
- Scanned copy of passport
- Transcript of records (exams and results of students) for nominated students in English (No template provided)
- Students have to register in the online system( https://studentexchange.um.si/ADPrijava.aspx) and fill out all data, choose courses
