The Secretary General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Pr.

M.S.Seddiki, chaired the morning of July 21, 2015 at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and

Life, the installation ceremony of the new Rector of the University of Tlemcen  

Professor Mustapha Djafour.

In a speech on this occasion, the Secretary-General paid tribute to the outgoing Rector

Pr.Ghouali Noureddine, for his efforts to make the University of Tlemcen a pioneer

University, modern, radiant and congratulated him for his new position Director of education

and postgraduate in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

He then congratulated the new Rector Pr.Djafour Mustapha for his new position, by

proclaiming his skills and experience gained throughout his professional career.

For its part, the new Rector of the University, sent thanks to the highest authorities of the

Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the trust placed in her modest

person. He says it measures the entire weight of the task but he counts on the support of all to

succeed in this mission.

For its part, Pr. Noureddine Ghouali recalled how dynamic has become the University of

Tlemcen in terms of strengthening its infrastructure and diversification of its training

offerings and through the commitment of a cohesive team.

Attended the ceremony the Wali of Tlemcen, M.A.Saci, President of the Popular Assembly of

the Wilaya, Chaif Okasha, executives and university officials, students, teachers and other

personalities.
