The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tlemcen, organized with the assistance of the University of Tlemcen and the Preparatory School of Economics EPSECG a conference entitled "The Cost of Non Maghreb" which will be presented by Mr. Francis Ghiles Tuesday November 3 at 9 am at the conference room of the Preparatory School of Economics.

Mr. Ghiles, former journalist and political analyst with the Financial Times, is currently Senior Expert at the Center for International Affairs of Barcelona CIDOB, which specializes in security analysis, political, economic and energy emerging in the Euro-Mediterranean region. The conference is open especially to students and pedagogical guidance of Economics and Management, Law, Political Science, but also to all of the University environment all specialities.
