The Director of the University of Tlemcen presided over the inauguration ceremony of the new Dean of the Faculty of Science, Professor ARRAR Zoheir successor to Professor BENGUELLA Belkacem , in the presence of the Deputy Dean and the Secretary General of the Faculty; The Director of the University expressed his sincere thanks to Mr. BENGUELLA  Belkacem for his efforts to develop the College and wished Mr. ARRAR Zoheir well in his new duties.
