It should be noted that the grants offered under the "Mena Scholarship Programme" of the Dutch Organisation for International Cooperation in Higher Education (NUFFIC) are intended for the benefit of teachers. Applicants may submit their applications directly to the Dutch higher education institution offering the course before 22 October 2019
