To my fellow colleagues, teachers and researchers,

To our dear students,

In these hard times that our University is facing, as well as all Algerian Universities, due to the Universal pandemic of the COVID 19, I am writing this message to you, asking Almighty Allah to bless our nation and save our world.

This special situation calls to all actors in our University to work closely together to ensure the success of the actual academic year, according to the pedagogical conditions and the needed educational achievements standards. I salute the academic staff’, Technical and administrative officers efforts and I can only express my respect and appreciation to the Security and Hygiene Officers for their commitments and hard work.

On the same occasion, I insist to continue the online courses feeding on the online platform created for educational online support, to maintain the teachers/students interactions for  better educational achievements to our students.

As the family of the University of Tlemcen has always been at high levels of sense of responsibility and solidarity, I am sure that all together and with Allah’s guidance, we will overcome this.

Last but not least, I take this opportunity to reiterate the mobilisation of the University Rectorate staff to listen and answer to all teacher’s and student’s concerns and suggestions, especially the feeding of the online platforms (distant learning) related ones.
