The Rectorate of the University of Abou Bekr Belkaid of Tlemcen informs all accepted candidates to pass the written exams of doctorate competition 2021 that the date of exams posted on website of the University are proposals that will only validated after the adaptation of health protocol accompanying the unfolding of competition by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
