The directorate of the University of Abou Bekr Belkaid of Tlemcen  Informs All Accepted Candidates to sit for  Written Exams of doctoral competitions for the year  2020-2021 that the health protocol accompanying the competitions was adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the dates of the examinations posted on the university’s website are confirmed.
