The conference room” Abou Kacem Saad Allah” organized a new training session for newly recruited teachers on 27 May 2021 at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences as part of the training program in teaching techniques related to pedagogy and training.

The day was hosted by Pr.SAIDI Mohammed President of the Support Cell and the two professors, Pr.ARRAR Zouheir the Dean of the Faculty of Science and members of the cell, and Pr.KHALDI Hichem of the Faculty of Letters and Foreign Languages. The day of Thursday was devoted to the topic of valorization and pedagogical evaluation considered an important and cruel problem in the pedagogical practice and teaching method and the permanent follow-up of the students to achieve a useful level of qualification training in particular the need for cognitive and pedagogical awareness in fact evaluative and valorization and this is probably an important area for the teacher throughout his professional career.
