On Wednesday, November 10,2021, the president of regional conference of western universities Professor BALASKA ismail representative of the minister of higher education and scientific research , installed the new rector of the University of Abou Bekr BelKaid of Tlemcen Professor MEGHACHOU Mourad replacing the Professor MEGNOUNIF Abdellatif , and this, in the presence of several personalities : Mister the wali of wilya of Tlemcen MOUMEN Mermouri , the president of people’s assembly NACERI Ahmed accompanied with the delegation of locals authorities , as well as the members of the direction council of the university, the social partners teachers and staffs and finally the representatives of students associations.
