The Rector of the University of Tlemcen Pr. MEGHACHOU Mourad received a delegation of Embassy of Republic of Madagascar in Algeria represented by Mrs RAFALIMANA Djani charged by affairs and Mrs SAHOUBI cultural attached in Embassy, accompanied by two Malagasy students in University of Tlemcen , who are on the  following mission studies of Malagasy students at university of Tlemcen, were the center of this meeting  the means of strengthen the relations of cooperations
