The Rector  of the University Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad received at the headquarters of his administration, this Tuesday,  November,23,2021, the director general of office of property development and management  Mr.GHALEB, the director of finance of  OPDM  Mr.ABDELLI  managerial staff in OPDM, and this in order  to establish contacts between  the university and OPGI  and to discuss on previous negotiations that  are taking place as well as  to define the broad lines to conclude a framework between the two parties.
