The embassy in Beijing was sized by the Kubota Fund (Japon), offers a scholarship for a period of one year (academic year: april 2022-march 2023) 

It awards grants to students/trainees/ researchers from developing countries (PED) to pursue university studies, a training or research in educational institutes or business enterprise on specific engineering development theme: preferably civil, electrical, electronic, mechanical, agronomic/agricultural engineering, environment, energy, or developments economics.
