Pr.Negadi Latifa, a scientific researcher from the University of Tlemcen, was appointed to the national council and the scientific research and technology committee. This council is made up of 45 members from different professional and scientific backgrounds, working in the country or established abroad .It is in charge of supporting national research in the sectors of technological and scientific innovation, suggesting steps to strengthen national research capacities, and assessing the effectiveness of national mechanisms for utilizing research discoveries for the benefit of the national economy.
