The University of Istanbul and the rector of the University of Tlemcen Pr. MEGHACHOU Mourad inked a agreement for scientific collaboration.

On Tuesday, October 18, 2022, Tlemcen University and 8 Algerian universities inked a university twinning agreement with Istanbul-Turkey University. The two countries' bilateral relations have recently improved as a result of this scientific collaboration. 
The signing ceremony has been presided over by  the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Pr. Kamal Baddari and President of the Turkish Higher Education Council Irul Zzfar.
