The University of Tlemcen's Rector, Professor MEGHACHOU Mourad, accompanied with his vice rectors,presided over a meeting on November 24, 2022, at the Rectorate level,The meeting which brought together  the Staff members from the several faculties , it focused on examining the differents challenges and operations  related to Ministerial Decree 1275 (university diploma, startups), and it also proposed a strategy  in order to Strengthening the place of the English language in Tlemcen University.the English language at the University of Tlemcen.
