Fundamental Private Law Laboratory of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Tlemcen, held a national forum entitled: "the legal system of business incubators and their economic efficiency", on Sunday December 18, 2022, presided over by  the Dr. HOUALEF Halima.
