On 28 february 2023, Pr.HAMZA CHERIF Ali, vice rector in charge of external relations at the University of Tlemcen, welcomed the two students M. Charak Mohammed Mortada, M. Adad Fathallah, who were chosen to represent Algeria and the University of Tlemcen at the regional competition scheduled for March, during their participation in the "Huawei ICT Compétition 2022-2023". The  competition hosted by the company Huawei with the participation of 1600 students.
