On March 18, 2023, the El@n project hosted a midterm meeting with collaborators from a number of universities, including USTO University, Guelma University, Ouargla University, Bejaia University, and Biskra University, as well as Compostela University in Spain, Polytechnic University in France, Istanbul University, and  Sapienza University in Italy. Dr. Boudour Mohammed, director of the Erasmus Algeria office was also  attended.

Following  the Rector's welcome remarks, presentations were delivered to assess the El@n project, and workshops were held in the afternoon to establish a roadmap for the continuation of activities of  project  .The quality assurance training sessions were led by Dr. Yousfi Fatma on the second day , which was Sunday , March 19.  the of the meeting  concluded by  speech of quality synthesis of Pr. Hamza Cherif emphasizing the importance of  this  event for the Algerian academic community and expressing the hope that the outcomes of the El@n project will strengthen links between the nation's numerous universities.
