The Scientific Club of Young Lawyers of the Faculty of Law and Political Science organized this Sunday, May 21, 2023, the first national forum for students entitled :The Impact of Technological Developments on the Algerian Legal System, under the chairmanship of Dr. Rabia Ben Azouz.

The Forum addressed six different axes to discover the impact of technological developments on the Algerian legal system, where they discussed the impacts on commercial and civil law, the banking system, intellectual property, administrative and public law, the sector of justice, and criminal law.

This meeting is an important opportunity for law students to discuss and discover the impact of technological developments on the Algerian legal system.

The forum aims to provide an opportunity for young professionals in the field of law to participate and express their opinions and proposals through participation in the scientific forum and to understand the relationship between law and technology and the ability of the law to adapt and manage with technological developments. Algerian law must be able to organize and guide technological development and limit potential dangers without hindering the same technological progress. He also insisted on the legal texts relating to the field of information and the digital environment. Technological advances require the existence of new laws and regulations to deal with lawsuits related to electronic security.
