The digital platforms are part of the implementation of the digital master plan adopted by the ministry and composed of 7 strategic axes, 16 strategic programs, and 102 operational programs to be carried out by December 2024. All this is to facilitate the success of the student in the various stages of his university curriculum, from orientation to graduation and professional integration, while encouraging pedagogical innovation and the modernization of governance in its various aspects.

Axis 2: THE DIGITAL SERVICE OF AN OFFER COHERENT TRAINING
- ALUMNI PLATFORM : outreach graduates, positions occupied by graduates, opportunities provides students, such as immersion course........
- STUDENT EDUCATION PLATFORM : Publishing of tuition certificates, report cards, schedules, calendars… If applicable, request a copy of the platform from an institution that owns the platform.
Axis 3: NUMERICAL SUPPORT FOR THE STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT
- ONLINE COURSE PLATFORM ( MOOC) INCLUDING MEDICINE : Using the MOODLE platform. Use of existing local platforms and focus on securing them
- PLATFORM FOR NEW STUDENTS : They cover the methodology of university work, the student’s life and his orientation within the services of the institution and the ONOU
- PLATFORM OF ORIENTATION OF STUDENTS TOWARDS SPECIALTY :Information, advice to facilitate the orientation of students towards specialties or tracks.
- STUDENT ORIENTATION PLATFORM : Implementation of a local business guide (identification) for new graduates.
Axis 4: DIGITAL SERVICES OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
- PLATFORM DIRECTORY OF RESEARCH PROJECTS : This is to make more visible the work that is done or that has been done in the laboratory. It is important to detail the presentations as much as possible.
- COLLABORATIVE INNOVATION SUPPORT PLATFORM : Incubation support, Project sharing with startups.
Axis 6: NUMERICAL SUPPORT FOR A MODERN ADMINISTRATION
- STAFF MANAGEMENT PLATFORM : Obligation to use PROGRESS on administrative management: statutory instruments, sickness, overtime, leave
- HERITAGE FOLLOWING AND MAINTENANCE PLATFORM : Implementation of a conflict detection mechanism for wealth management.
- INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEM : Study and analyze “existing bricks” and design others in an integrated way. Provide the necessary interfaces with PROGRESS
Axis 7: NATIONAL RELATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL
- PUBLICATIONS PLATFORM (PULQUE) : Containing journals, articles and works published in the institution
