As part of the development of relations between the university and the economic environment through the office of coordination and institutions (student center of the University of Tlemcen), a meeting and session was held between the rector of the University of Tlemcen Pr.MEGHACHOU Mourad, and the president of the Confederation of Algerian Industrialists and Producers (CIPA) Mr.ZIANI Abdelouaheb, in the presence of the director Dr.SARI HASSOUN Zakaria and Pr.GOUAR Souhil, and this in order to value the projects and innovative ideas of the students of the University of Tlemcen especially concerned by the ministerial decree 1275 , where the confederation included 2500 institution in various fields.

On this occasion, Dr. Sari Hassan Zakaria gave a conference on the need to create a regular environment between the university and the environment for the development of entrepreneurship and innovation among university students.
During his speech, Rector of the University of Tlemcen, Pr. Meghiachou Mourad, stressed the importance of promoting CIPA cooperation in order to stimulate development and achieve the expected economic model.

At the end of this meeting, a partnership agreement was signed between the University of Tlemcen and the Confederation of Algerian Industrialists and Producers (CIPA), a step that will contribute to the cooperation between the university and employers through approaching students carrying innovative ideas to the world of entrepreneurship and to accompany the Algerian university to the opening of its economic environment and to exploit the science and knowledge for sustainable development.
