On the occasion of the visit of the Rector of the Pan-African University, Pr. John Koulidiati, at the University of Tlemcen, a series of conferences were organized on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Medicine. At the opening of the lecture series, the Rector of the University, Pr. Meghachou Mourad, welcomed the Rector of the Pan-African University and outlined the vision of the mission and strategic objectives of the university, as well as the university’s infrastructure, graduate programs and research, external relations, and university supervision system.

Goual Megani stressed the importance of ethics in the academic field as the process of globalization increases culture and civilization, creating new challenges for academics.
Then, other conferences were also presented by Dr. Youcefi Fatima on the definition of quality assurance in the higher education sector, as well as a conference on entrepreneurship and innovation held by Pr. Soulemaane Soufiane.
At the end of this meeting, Pr. John Koulidiati also affirmed in his speech the importance of cooperation and its role in the development of the African continent, noting that cooperation is the foundation of development because it allows us to work together to achieve common goals, and adding that the Pan-African University cooperated with universities and research centers across the African continent to promote scientific research and share knowledge.
