Pr. Mourad Megachou, rector of the University of Tlemcen, proceeded on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, to the installation of Pr. BENBOUZIANE Mohamed Ben Bouzian, Director of the Research Unit of the Centre for Research on Applied Economy for Development (CREAD).
The installation ceremony was attended by Mr. Ahmed Kakan, Director of the Centre for Research in Applied Economics for Development (CREAD), Vice-Rectors of the University Pr. Ali Hamza Cherif, Pr. Radwan Bachir, Pr. Kalfat Abderrahim, Director of the Centre for Research on Scientific and Technical Information (CERIST), and Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Pr. Belgham Fathi. Pr. Abdelrahmane Kharboush, director of the research unit: The reality of linguistics and the development of linguistics studied in the Arab-Tlemcen countries, as well as the social partners.
In a speech on this occasion, Pr. Meghachou Mourad congratulated Pr.Mohamed Benbouziano on his appointment as Director of CREAD, wishing him full success in his new tasks.
Prof. Benbouziano Mohammed is one of the leading scientists and academics from Algeria. He has extensive experience in the field of scientific research. He has held several academic positions, such as chair of the Scientific Council in the Faculty of Economics and Management and former dean of the Faculty, as well as the management of the Research Centre: The Monetary and Financial Systems of the Middle East and North Africa Countries (MIFMA).
