Following a decision of the Rector of the University of Tlemcen and on the recommendation of the wali of the wilaya of Tlemcen, the director of the student center, SARI HASSOUN Zakaria, held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, a session of work with university officials, the directors of education of the wilaya of Tlemcen, in order to study the possibility of helping the students carry out the project registered in the ministerial decree 1275 of the year 2022/2023, where they listened to the concerns and needs of the students and presented them to the general secretary of the wilaya.
The wali de la wilaya decided to allocate about 80 commercial premises spread over the entire territory of the wilaya for the benefit of students carrying out graduate projects under ministerial decree 1275 for the academic year 2022-2023 and to put them at their disposal to start their business.
