The rector of the University of Tlemcen, Pr. Meghachou Mourad, and the vice president of external relations, Pr. Hamzacherif Ali, took part in the study day organized by the National School of Engineers of the city of Abdelmadjid Meziane, entitled «Exchange of Experiences in Urban Environment Management».
This event took place in the presence of the wali of the wilaya of Tlemcen and the national school of engineers of the city.

This event took place in the presence of the wali of the wilaya of Tlemcen, Mr. Bechlaoui Youcef, the president of the APW, the civil and military local authorities, former ministers Mr. Chiali Faroq and Mr. Tabal Faroq, and the press family.
On the sidelines of this event, a cooperation agreement was signed between the University of Tlemcen and the OUICI Mohammed Nabil School. The agreement aims to promote joint work between the two institutions in the fields of research and the exchange of experiences and services, and thus to develop teaching and research in the fields of architecture and urbanism
