A conference on «emotional intelligence: to succeed in the professional world» was moderated by P. BALASKA ISMAIL, physicist at the University of Oran 1, as part of his visit to the pedagogical support unit of newly recruited teacher-researchers, in the presence of the cell coordinator, Pr. Saidi Mohammed, Prof. ARRAR Zouheir, Dean of the Faculty of Science and member of the Cell.
The conference discussed the importance of emotional intelligence in higher education and how the teacher invests emotion and compassion in the light of university and teaching ethics. He also focused a number of positions on the teacher-student relationship and how to deal with life situations.
