LPA Housing Program for Higher Education Employees

According to Ministerial Correspondence No. 72 dated February 28, 2024 regarding the LPA Housing Program for Sector Employees, a platform is made available to the interested parties for the collection of LPA housing application files.

Each applicant will have to correctly fill out the form below and deposit it online in accordance with the legal anchoring and eligibility conditions of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the city

Documents to submit:

A legalized application form

A copy of the applicant’s and spouse’s national identity card 

Legalized sworn declaration 

A handwritten application and a photo

A family sheet or an individual sheet

A certificate of work of the person concerned, and his or her conjoint

A certificate of residence or accommodation for the applicant

A birth certificate of the person concerned and his or her conjoint

The act of birth of the parents of the person concerned, and his or her conjoint

Payslips for the last 3 months+the performance bonus of the applicant and his or her spouse
