The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has set up a new digital platform called “Business Seed” or “بذرة الأعمال”. This platform, a first in the Maghreb, aims to support students with innovative projects by offering them quality and efficient digital support services similar to those of physical business incubators in higher education and scientific research institutions.
