The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of a  call for applications  from the Embassy of France in Algeria for five (05) doctoral scholarships in high technology for doctoral students residing in Algeria, registered in thesis for less than a year in an Algerian university, and wishing to evolve towards a co-op with a French university.
