The research team on "cultural diversity and the dialectic of identity in the Mediterranean basin" from the laboratory of dialogue of civilizations and religions in the Mediterranean basin, in collaboration with the tourism department of the Tlemcen wilaya and the department of humanities, organized a study day on "the role of cultural diversity in developing tourist attraction capacities."
The works of this study day were inaugurated by Prof. Mohammed Saïdi, director of the laboratory, emphasizing the fundamental role of the laboratory in its mission to support scientific research in the field of tourism and its leadership role in economic development. Ms. Nadia Kari, team leader, also addressed the themes and objectives of this day, focusing on the factor of cultural diversity and its role in tourism and economic development.
Several teachers and researchers from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, as well as from the Faculty of Law and Political Science, took part in this study day.
