It is with great sorrow that we have learned of the passing of the father of Mr. Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Kamel Beddari.

In this sad time, Prof. Mourad Meghachou, the Rector of the University of Tlemcen, extends his heartfelt condolences, on his own behalf and on behalf of the university community, to Mr. Minister, as well as to the entire family and loved ones of the deceased, praying that the Almighty may grant his soul a place in His vast paradise.
