Doctoral Colloquium: Writing and Publishing Legal Scientific Articles: Regulations and Techniques

The research team of the P.R.F.U. on economic concentrations in the small and medium-sized enterprises sector and their role in promoting the national economy, in collaboration with the Fundamental Private Law Laboratory, organized on June,03th 2024, a doctoral seminar on the theme "Writing and Publishing Legal Scientific Articles: Regulations and Techniques," chaired by Dr. Iman Zekri.
 
The seminar addressed a dual issue with methodological and technical dimensions, highlighting the legal and ethical framework of scientific research and the regulations of the scientific article accepted for the discussion of a doctoral thesis, as well as the methodological steps and regulations followed in the preparation and publication of the article, emphasizing the specificity of the scientific article in legal studies and the scientific and technical difficulties faced by students in this context.
 
The seminar topics included:
 
A reading of the texts regulating the ethics of scientific research and the conditions of the article accepted for the discussion of a doctoral thesis.
 
The stages of writing a legal scientific article include highlighting its formal and objective characteristics and distinguishing it from intervention.
 
How to ensure the publication of a scientific article, addressing the issues of writing the article in English and the issue of borrowing.
 
The use of artificial intelligence in writing a scientific article.
 
The stages of submitting a scientific article and the procedures for publication in indexed and non-indexed journals.
