This significant event brought together leading academic figures, including the Rector of the Pan African University, Prof. Jean Koulidiati, and Prof. Zerga Abdellatif, along with directors of Pan-African institutes from Kenya, Nigeria, and Cameroon.

The University of Tlemcen, host of PAUWES, was represented by its rector, Prof. Mourad Meghachou. At the heart of this event, it was presented as a model of academic excellence and international influence, reflecting its key role in global academic cooperation.
