The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for staff from higher education institutions under the "ITEC" Technical and Economic Cooperation program launched by the Indian government. The following three training programs are offered:

• Progress to Proficiency-5: Delivered by the English and Foreign Languages University, from February 4 to March 3, 2025.
• Progress to Proficiency-6: Delivered by the English and Foreign Languages University, from March 5 to April 1, 2025.
• Specialized Program on IOT (Internet of Things): Delivered by CDAC Noida, from February 26 to March 11, 2025.
